Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item meets the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

- Unused

- In its original condition

- Free from scratches, damage, wear, or signs of use

- Returned with any original packaging or included accessories, if applicable

Items that are used, damaged, altered, scratched, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you paid for shipping at checkout, that shipping amount will not be refunded.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective item.

Return Labels

If you would like us to provide a return shipping label, we can send one to you. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your final refund amount.

For example, if your refund amount is $50 and the return label costs $6, your final refund would be $44.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will only be issued for the returned product amount, minus any applicable deductions such as return label costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and help make it right.
